Sushi Bar Appetizers
There is no way we could even be considered to be the best sushi restaurant in Tyler if our sushi bar didn't offer some of the best sushi bar appetizers. Daily prepped, Quality checked, and sent out to you only if they are meet our qualifications. This means if we wouldn't eat it, we won't ask you to. Enjoy.

Rainbow Eye Sashimi
Cucumber is always a refreshing addition to fresh fish. For our Rainbow Eye, we utilize Salmon, Tuna, and white fish wrapped around thin shaved cucumber. We then drizzle ponzu over the top. Enjoy this refreshing combination.

Maguro Tuna Ponzu
Fresh Maguro tuna loin. Perfectly seared and thinly sliced. Seasoned and sauced with just the right amount of Ponzu, a citrus and soy sauce coating.

Tuna Tataki
A Japanese delicacy that tantalizes the senses, Tuna Tataki is a symphony of flavors and textures. We start with a thick fillet of sashimi-grade tuna, its exterior kissed by the flames while preserving its tender rawness within.
The tuna, like a warrior’s blade, meets a hot pan with a touch of oil. It sizzles, its edges caramelizing to a bronzed perfection while the heart of the fillet remains glossy, firm, and blushing pink. Once seared, the tuna is encrusted in white and black sesame seeds and is then sliced into delicate ribbons. Each piece whispers of the ocean’s embrace, its natural umami amplified by the kiss of fire and a drizzle of Yuzu sauce.

Pepper Tuna
Our chef takes a fresh, sashimi grade tuna loin and coats it in a combination of peppers before searing it perfectly to allow the flavor to penetrate while still remaining raw in the center. Prepared to order, it is then topped with a sweet wasabi sauce.

Baked Mussels
Imported Green Lip Mussels from New Zealand. These mussels are seasoned and baked before receiving a final coating of our Ohayo sauce and being sent to your table.

Cucumber Wrap
Thin sliced cucumbers are the perfect delivery system for this dish. Cut on the bias, we wrap our daily prepared Kani salad with fresh cucumber and drizzle each order with a sweet wasabi sauce.

Salmon Tartar
Fresh Seared and thinly sliced salmon. Delicately balanced with a Japanese soy, grapefruit, and mustard seed emulsion sauce.

Jalapeño Yellowtail
Delicate slices of Yellowtail coated in Yuzu, Jalepeño, and a dot of Sriracha make this the perfect plate of fresh fish with a kick.
